Protection of personal data

For the purpose of informing about current news and/or offers, the administrator may collect data about the electronic address (e-address), which the user himself enters in the online form on the website. The administrator uses the e-mail address data until a possible unsubscribe from this type of notification. By completing the form for signing up for e-news and informing about current offers, the user agrees that the controller may process the data for the above purposes and that the user is aware of the fact that he can unsubscribe from the message system at any time.

The user confirms that he was aware of the fact that every individual has the right to view, copy, copy, supplement, correct, block and delete personal data relating to him (in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act) – unless this right is limited by applicable regulations.

Final provisions

The operator may, without prior warning, interrupt the operation of the website if, due to an error, malfunction, natural or other accident, or for other similar reasons, it is technically unable to provide the website or perform the service and if this is necessary due to maintenance work on the network or other infrastructure.

All disputes arising from the use of the website are resolved in accordance with the legal order of the Republic of Slovenia. Disputes that are not resolved by the procedure referred to in the previous paragraph of this article shall be resolved by the competent court in Ljubljana.

The manager may change or supplement these conditions at any time, by publishing changes within the website in a normally reliable manner. It is considered that the user agrees to the changes to the conditions if he continues to use the website after the changes have been published.
